Starship Yachts appointed as the exclusive Zodiac Nautic dealer for Hong Kong

Starship Yachts is proud to announce a new partnership with Zodiac Nautic to expand the historic brand’s presence in Hong Kong.

With over 125 years of experience, Zodiac Nautic is credited as being the inventor and pioneer of the inflatable boat. The Zodiac brand is synonymous with exceptional durability and reliability thanks to materials and manufacturing processes that are always at the cutting edge of technology.

Zodiac Nautic traces its origins to 1896 when it was founded as the ‘Société française de ballons dirigeables d’aviation Zodiac’ – a specialist in the production of airships. Zodiac invented the first inflatable boat in the 1930s for the Aéronavale (French Naval Air Force) which was looking for an easy and innovative solution for military transport. In the 1960s, Zodiac moved into the leisure segment in response to the boating craze among holiday makers. It was this very move from the air to the sea made Zodiac world famous.

Today, Zodiac Nautic is the designer of top-of-the-range inflatable boats with an extensive product range from 2 to 9 meters catering to a wide range of customers from professionals to pleasure boaters.
